These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phdwin ("phdwin," "we," "us," "our"), governing your use of the phdwin website at phdwin.cam and all associated gaming services, mobile experiences, promotional offers, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the phdwin Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2.5 Employees. Current employees, contractors, consultants, directors, officers, and immediate family members of phdwin are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the phdwin Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the phdwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at phdwin's prevailing exchange rate. Any foreign exchange fees charged by third-party processors are the player's responsibility.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phdwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ₱50. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment channels are displayed during the deposit process.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. phdwin targets withdrawal processing within one (1) business hour for verified accounts using GCash or Maya. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days. phdwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.5 Own Account Restriction. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. phdwin reserves the right to reject any transaction originating from a payment method not matching verified account identity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 phdwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms that will be stated at the point of offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to a player account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the promotion's individual Terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. phdwin reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with good faith play.

5.5 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless the promotion explicitly permits combination.

6. Gameplay & Wagering

6.1 Fair Play. All games available on the phdwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently audited and made available to players on request.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdwin Platform:

• Registering under false identity or providing fraudulent documentation
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or exploit Platform systems
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with Platform software
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phdwin staff or other players
• Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Accessing the Platform via VPN to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and notification of relevant authorities including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the phdwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of phdwin or its content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from phdwin.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of phdwin intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence, account suspension, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The phdwin Platform and all services provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 phdwin's aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phdwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 phdwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at phdwin.cam/privacy-policy.

10.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised communications.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Termination

12.1 By phdwin. phdwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) a player has breached these Terms; (b) a player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to phdwin, other players, or the integrity of the Platform; or (d) the player fails to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 By the Player. You may close your phdwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of pending transactions and KYC verification, subject to applicable anti-money laundering checks.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall continue to apply, including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact phdwin customer support in the first instance and allow a reasonable period for resolution before pursuing formal proceedings. phdwin shall endeavour to resolve all player complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

13.3 Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. If you are dissatisfied with phdwin's final resolution, you may also submit a complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, as applicable.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 phdwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email, in-Platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the phdwin website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendments.

14.2 Your continued use of the phdwin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 before the amendments take effect.

14.3 phdwin also reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or alter any game, feature, promotion, payment method, or other component of the Platform at any time without notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
